I'm Gui, and I'm a personal trainer deeply passionate about helping people build strength, improve their movement, and feel their best. Originally from France, my approach to fitness is rooted in effective, evidence-based methods, focusing primarily on strength training with kettlebells and the transformative benefits of Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST). I believe that true fitness empowers you in all aspects of life, from daily activities to athletic pursuits. Outside of training clients, you'll often find me lifting heavy kettlebells overhead and, more importantly, teaching others how to do the same safely and effectively. Because achieving this safely is impossible with poor posture, every session with me always begins with a strong emphasis on mobility and stability work.
Through targeted Fascial Stretch Therapy and intelligent kettlebell strength training, we'll work together to address imbalances, improve flexibility, and build functional strength. This holistic approach is designed to help you move with greater ease, reduce discomfort, and perform better in all aspects of your life, whether you're an athlete or simply looking to navigate daily activities with more confidence and vitality.
